Well we are still here sorting out some of the boats small issues, in a Marina that is well set up for English boats. The boat yard and chandlery shops are all run by English people and they are very well stocked and seem capable. So far I have fixed a small problem in the forward loos - typical. Changed the engine oil and had our gas cylinder refilled - not sure it was legal but saves having to change to a camping gas regulator which is all you can get in Spain.. Tomorrow an electrician is coming to try and see what's wrong with our solar panel and the stereo radio, that no longer works properly. I have ordered a Passerelle (a flash gangplank for you none sailors) so we don't keep having to leap from the boat to the harbour walls - bearing in mind there are no pontoons in the Med. It is all back or front onto a wall.

Alison seems to be quite at home now - I think that is because at present this is more like a camping holiday - See Picy of boat with tent shade, air scopes the bicycles and beach towels drying. Oh and we bought a second bicycle so we can get around more - See Picy - Got us to a relatively quiet beach. Not exactly set up for heavy weather sailing.

We hope to move further up the coast Thursday (after I have dismantled the camp site) - Lots of places to see. Cartagena, the inland sea 'Mar Menor'
