We set sail from Port de Bormes on Saturday heading East. We went into Pamplona beach thinking we would anchor off for lunch but the swell from the Mega Yachts coming out of St Tropez for lunch was not comfortable at all so we sailed on into the Bay of St Tropez and dropped anchor in a quiet area just before St Tropez. We sat that evening watching all the yachts come back in to St Tropez after a day in the SUN - my word there is a lot of money in this part of the world.

Sunday we set of further down the coast and pulled into the bay of Agay and found there were some organized buoys there to tie up on. It seemed nice but was a little rolly as some swell rolled in from the sea.

Monday we moved on again eastwards towards Cannes and Nice - ready to pick Crew Bob up Tuesday. We found that our favourite marina - Cannes - was fully booked as it is the Cannes boat show. We then found that Nice had a regatta this week and was also full. We ended up in a Marina just next to the runway (Port St. Laurent de Var) . Whilst OK you would not have expected it to be the most expensive we have ever paid in the South of France.
