Well first the pained expression on my face as I discovered the price of the the Mahi Mahi I'd just bought in Tobago Cays. The "boat boy" is gutting it on the back of his boat, and Marci, who is a professional chef, confirmed that it was fresh.
All I can say is concentrate on the colour of the water, the camera almost captures the real shades.
Now here's Marci with the nice Black Fin Tuna we caught the very next day, she's rightfully looking a bit more pleased with herself, especially as it was free (if you discount the million dollars spent on tackle and lures etc)
