I did the cooking last night. The stalwart crew were very diplomatic, but it was not a culinary triumph. Knowing my limitations I went for something simple; burgers, mash, and beans, with onions. Actually everything was OK except the burgers. The Canaries is not renowned for its beef, but there are quite a few goats. I had my suspicions when the pink mush defrosted itself. Perhaps we should have used the services of the supermarket translator after all.

 

We have a lot of goats cheese as well, Pete gets all he can eat...

We are going well, and last night saw a rare complete ring around the moon, a sign of high level ice crystals, very impressive.
