Xmas pics, and off tomorrow

We had a fantastic New Year’s eve last night, with Liz and Will both here now, lots of ARC friends, and a delightful restaurant. They had rather over-booked the numbers, so the meal took 4 hours, but it was very pleasant. Then we went back to Nelsons Dockyard and listened to the band which was right by Salila with hundreds of people there. Actually it was more like “feeling” the band as it made the boat vibrate it was so loud. But they were very good and finished as promised at 2am, although we did have guests on board till about 4am. Some sore heads this morning.

 

We will be anchoring out for the next few days, so we won’t have access to wifi. There are some nice bays and anchorages here, so time for some relaxation and swimming off the back of the boat. Then aim to be in Jolly Harbour for the 9th.
