Well Larry and Will are both here, and we're all working hard getting the boat ready. Yesterday was the big trip to the supermarket, we went to "El Cortes Ingles" which is a bit like M&S.", so probably not the cheapest but good quality. Only €600, and absolutely no booze; but that is for 4 people for 3 weeks plus a weeks emergency supplies so not too bad. Now only the fruit and veg to get. Mind you, I suspect we wil be dumping a lot of tinned food some time after reaching St Lucia...
Still having more "good luck", mind you this time it only cost €1. I was checking the steering system and found that one of the important bits was falling out, another split pin! Aargh I hate those things. But it's fixed now, and liberally greased as well.
We are all looking forward to it now, and keen to get going. The preparation phase is coming to an end, and it's getting cooler here now, so it's time to head south.
