This is as good as sailing gets! We now have a new technical term "Cathy weather".

We left the mooring under the Pitons at 0700, heading for Mustique. A brilliant sail, averaged almost 8 knots, hit 11 kts surfing down a wave. Warm, sunny, good winds, from the right direction, little swell.

I took us down the windward side of St Vincent, which went well. A glorious beam reach the whole way.

And to cap it all we saw a pod of dolphins as we entered Mustique.
