Still in Horta, Azores. Spares arrived yesterday afternoon so will fit them this morning after we finish the laundry. The generator is still not working after 3 top electricians have spent hours on it so we have decided to leave it until back in the UK.
The Azores are really nice and the people very friendly, The Sports Bar has finished up as our favourite watering hole so will be missed. We are planning to leave tomorrow so have all day today to get the boat tidied up and ready for sea, still one or two small jobs to complete. The weather isn’t brilliant for our trip to Scotland, low winds for quite a lot of the way so could be a long trip.
Hopefully we will be able to keep the blog going once we leave but have not had a lot of success with the satellite coms.
