There Crew on board for this trip are 1st Mate Ian Karika, Crew Natua Teururai and yours truly as the Captain/ Skipper.

As previously explained I told you the purpose of this trip, we have hopefully sorted all of our boat issues and we have made a lot of changes, the side windows have been removed, cleaned, the metal work ground back and then resealed into place and this time we even bolted them in! The main leakage area was around the fish box which in the centre of the cockpit, this has also so been cleaned and resealed. The hatches in the top of the wheel house have been adjusted for better sealing. All the electronics communicate with each other now, and I even have a laptop feed.
Today we had a sparky come up from Rarotonga to try and find out what was draining our batteries while nothing was turned on and he managed to sort that out so everything is looking good to go.

We are departing this afternoon around 1400 1500 and eta is approximately 3.5 days to Menihiki.
I will update on a daily basis while we are at sea.

Cheers for now.
