Well the story last night was there was practically no wind so both watches ended up spending the evening looking at the stars and waiting for the shift to end! The only highlight of the evening was the Chilli I made and lets just say if you werent quick you could of missed out. it's a sad state of affairs when the only thing of interest in the whole day is food!

Things weren't too different on the early shift either it just started to get some reasonable wind as I came off watch, bloody typical really.
After that however, things did start to warm up, over the morning the wind built and built until we had 20knts on the beam and an ackward sea way, which when combined with a 34fter full to the brim with gear doesn't make for comfortable sailing.
We must have changed up and down the gears several times in an effort to keep our little lady sailing smoothly. In fact I know that I have had a lot easier races in the harbour.

With the current forecast staying around for the next couple of days we should of broken the back of the trip by Friday and if all goes could be in late Monday or early Tuesday, we will see.

Cheers
