I had a fairly busy morning
today a long with Quentin’s help we knew that the fan belt had been slipping on
on the engine for a couple of days, the reason for that was that the adjuster
had run out of adjustment!! We had another look today and managed to use another
pivot hole which gave us enough movement to stop the fan belt from slipping, it
not enough though but that can be easily fixed on shore with a slightly smaller
belt....job done 
The next job involves the
toilet and the fact that old age has harden the plastic around the pump and some
off it has broken away, now you got two sides to this, the salt water intake or
the flush side to the ocean no prises for guessing which side we had a problem
with? yes you guessed it the wrong side. Well the crew were queuing up to
volunteer for this job as you might guess so I ended up doing it  , shitty business
really!
Sailing wise great weather nice
breeze and we are averaging 6 to 7 knots in the right direction and at present
are expecting to be in Port Vila before midday Friday. After I’ve cleared us
through Customs Immigration and MAF, while the boys are cleaning
Hind Sight up I think a couple of
chee ky Beers will be in order. 
Anyhow got to crack on I have a
shitter of a job
