Things were looking fine and dandy up till about 3 hours ago, when an electrical fault reared its ugly head and all the essential electronic gear was in danger of being royally toasted or at worst would fail at the very moment we didnât want it to!! The problem we believe is with the Voltage regulator which was only very recently change for a new one, there are I discovered when we were motoring into the Bay of Islands was the pump for the freezer unit appears to be having difficulty and was making an arcing sound, that may be a result of the Voltage regulator problem. I sure the Sparky will be on to it. We will hopefully be out of here ASAP. In the mean time I'll start up this blog again in a couple of days time.

The Forte delivery crew held up in Opua, BOIâs

All crew and Forte safe and generally well but tied to a marina and not on our way to Melbourne!
