We departed from Simson Bay on Thursday and
anchored in Grand Case which is French St Martin.went diving and snorkeling off
Roche Creole and ended the day looking around the village, happy hour on the
beach and Tappas in a sea front restaurant.Friday we sailed to the
BVI's picking up a mooring buoy in Thomas Bay at dusk. We entered Virgin
Gorda Yacht Harbour on Saturday morning where we checked in with Customs
and Immigration. We went to the Baths nature park a fun walk down to the sea
shore and through the boulders to Devils beach. On Sunday we sailed to Salt
Island and picked up a mooring boy directly above the wreck of RMS Rhone, a well
known wreck dive. In the afternoon we sailed to The Bight in Norman Island
where we spent the night. Watched the Olympic ice hockey final between USA
and Canada won in extra time by Canada! This afternoon we leave for St Johns
which is part of the US Virgin Islands.
