yes yes yes we rounded Cape Horn at 0830hrs and
then returned to land at the lighthouse to get our passports stamped. I could
say that it was blowing force 11 with 10 metre waves! but in reality it was 3
knots and there were no waves, which made it much easier to land by dinghy. Even
so Dave still managed to get his feet wet when he fell over on the slippery
beach. With the passports and log books stamped T Shirts purchased ear
rings pierced and siusiu into the wind we let the hair grow and set sail back to
Puerto Williams arriving at 2100hrs. The photo shoot off the Horn from the
dinghy was a bit of a failure as the furling main got jammed and we had to make
do with the blade jib.Nihil desperandem illegitimum carburundem est!!

Nie tyle okrazylismy Horn, co zawitalismy tam. Pogoda byla wyjatkowo
sprzyjajaca:) Nie tylko ona, jestem na pokladzie dopiero trzeci dzien, a
zahaczylem juz kawalek Atlantyku, kawalek Spokojnego i postawilem SUCHA stope na
na Isla Hornos. Niezly poczatek, a wyglada na to, ze jeszcze kilka nm przed
nami.
