position 39:54N 04:16E back in Pedro's Yard in
Mahon Menorca.
We left Mahon on the 30th April and returned on the
7th September.
We have visited
Corsica/Italy/Sicily/Greece/Turkey/The Ukraine/Rumania/Bulgaria/Sardinia and
have travelled 5500 n miles.
My ships log now reads 81000 n miles.
where next? Well, first we have to sail back to
Portugal and winter in either Lagos or Portimao. Then maybe we buy a fast low
draft motor boat and do the trip up and down the rivers to and from the Black
Sea. I hate admitting defeat!! Later I fancy South Africa maybe via Brazil and
Argentina.
In the meantime it is Festival time in Mahon and
today we played a round of golf at Son Park. Yesterday we spent the afternoon on
the beach in Binibequa and at Santiagos beach bar.
Monday we set sail for Ibiza and see if we can help
Eva with the maintenance work on her yacht where the rudder has dropped
off!
