good motor to San Fran and dropped anchor in
Saulsilito at 4am Sunday. Fog most of the way and particularly under Golden Gate
Bridge which was a tad scarey.
Sailed to Svensens shipyard on Sunday and berthed
nearby ready to lift out on Monday. A good evening with friends in Village
harbour Marina, Kim and Judy from La Scala and Penny from Out and About.Penny
has kindly loaned us a car so we can get around for the next few days. We lifted
out on an Elevator at 1300hrs and are ready to start work only trouble is
although it never rains in California it just did and doesn't look like
stopping!! We are booked into the "Extended Stay" motel and just hope it's not a
bad omen.
