Blissful Anchorage it might have looked .....
About 2.00am we were being tossed about ridiculously......just the tide turning.....said Cap’n Faultless. After much more tossing and a soaking through the hatches we went out to investigate. We were practically beached and being slapped by each incoming Bay of Biscay wave 😱😱😱. Slight miscalculation of tide heights..... oooops. We upped anchor immediately and fled to safer deeper water, where we sleep walked for the rest of the night (see below) due to a panicked Galley Slave having put out far too much chain 😩😩
Reward today was a lovely sail to Ribadeo, but not without a dry-mouth moment before the bridge.... But we made it. 2 nights here to catch up on a bit of shut-eye.
