As we approached the berth in Roscoff yesterday various other yachties popped suddenly out of surrounding vessels, no doubt hoping that we'd make even more of a cock-up mooring than they did 😩 Roscoff has a notoriously difficult combination of wind and current. However Cap'n Barnacle remained totally cool and Vice Admiral Youle accepted graciously the offers of help with the ropes from German, English and French alike. All went smoothly and no-one mentioned Brexit 😀😀
Having left L'AberWrac'h at 5.30am that morning, there was ample time for a stroll into town for a fish lunch before getting back to watch Wimbledon on the iPad. A tad sad, but hey, our boy WON. 👍🏽👍🏽
Today was 13 hours of no wind. At least we had our first day at sea in T-shirts and shorts Now anchored in Havelock Bay in St Peter Port. A well deserved day ashore tomorrow doing guess what......watching tennis on a rather larger screen in a local hostelry 🍺🍻🍺🍻🍺 C'mon Andy!!
