Total distance run: 415 miles
Still pretty rough out here. Wind 30 knots wave height 3 meters plus. We feel like a couple of embryos, but alas no amniotic fluid to stop us from being bounced about!
Time goes really quickly as even the simplest of tasks, cleaning teeth, going to the loo etc, takes effort and planning.
On a positive note, the sun is shining and we are really motoring along. 140 miles in a day is pretty good for a boat of this size and weight. It's not a race, but we are still in the middle of the pack :)
