The sleigh ride continues.  We have been blest with  consistent wind and a  manageable sea state after the first day  when it was pretty lively. We have been on track the whole time so far and it looks like  it will stay that way.  As the wind is pretty much on the beam, sail trim consists of sometime having a reef in the main and two in the yankee but mostly  it’s full mainsail and one reef in the yankee.  There is very little cloud cover and we haven’t been dumped on so far. Apart from some Chinese fishing boats yesterday yakking incessantly on channel 16 we haven’t seen any other shipping.

Yesterday’s run was another 202 miles  leaving  280 to the port and 250 to an anchorage which we might make by sunset Saturday evening.  It would be really nice to have only 3 nights at sea instead of the expected 4.
