After a long day’s motor we arrived in Spanish Wells to debate whether to sit the front out here or grab the last opportunity to continue on to the Abaco where there is more choice of locations to sit out winds from varying directions as the front arrives. It’s due to be quite a strong one! With no mooring balls available in Spanish Wells harbour and not fancying a long spell sitting in Royal Island we have decided to continue onwards and burn some more fossil fuel as there will be little or no south east wind to help us on the fifty mile trip north.
