After a long 4 year refit, our Prout 39 cat AJAYA is almost ready to go. We are currently berthed at Gosport Marina in Portsmouth Harbour gradually loading onboard the final equipment, clothing and spares. Outside the wind is howling at gale force as September continues where August left off. Hopefully we can get away safely in the next week or so and head to warmer climes, with this years destination being Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. Further diary entries and position reports will follow in due course to keep friends and family in touch with our cruising activities.
