In position 11:15.06N, 079:39.19W

We sailed out of the San Blas Islands yesterday afternoon between the western Holandes Cays and the East Lemon Cays heading for Providencia 278 miles to the north-west. Conditions in the afternoon and overnight were extremely bouncy with up to 21 knots of wind across the deck whilst motorsailing at 30 degrees off the wind. Today as predicted the wind has settled down to 10-12 knots with more a more settled sea state. ETA Providencia sometime Monday.
