Maryse left from Oban by train this morning and Trevor and I are chugging Southwards towards the Mull of Kintyre which is now easy to see. Beyond it-also clearly visible-is Ireland-and measuring the distance between the two, I was surprised to see it is only 11 miles. T our right is Islay, and here is the snap I have just taken of the sun falling behind Islay. The Mull comes about 2am-so it’s my turn to rest now. Bye for now. Steve and Trevor
