Today has heralded a really good sailing breeze-direction not perfect but enough to work with-which feels good.Some sunshine, some fog patches. My routine is consolidating and I enjoy reading,music and chilling out when I have done the jobs of the moment.It’s doing me good to reflect on  life-the ups and downs-decisions made and not made.The nights are short-and I sleep fairly well-and make up for any lack with day time naps. So far so good. I’ll try adding a picture today.It’s of all the stern gear which keeps the boat going as I write this! Love to all. Steve
