heading 035: 6knts 530 miles off falmouth

currently making good progress with a reefed mainsail and preventer in a following sea. Saw 2 ships in the night both of which gave me plenty of room. i reefed before dark as its easier to see but furled the genoa early this morning

no wild life exept a couple of birds i had pasta with chorrizo for dinner and freah bagutte and jam for breakfast
