Good Evening,

Sadly no dolphins today, we live in hope!

The wind has come back, and is now coming from dead astern making for some lovely, fast sailing. We've got both headsails up and poled out on either side with the main away. So far we've logged the fastest section of the journey, with 135 miles in 24 hours, and all of them straight for Madeira! It would be unfair not to mention the wind vane at this point, which is still giving a faultless performance, it's doing a far better job than we ever could!

At the minute the wind is going about 20 knots and as of half an hour ago the sun has made a somewhat overdue appearance!

Bread making continues, although this time to a slightly different receipe (sugar and less salt). Again today we have eaten brilliantly. A late breakfast of bacon sandwiches and oranges was followed by some homemade lemon/lime-ade to keep scruvy at bay! Nando chicken and mashed potatoes were for supper. The onboard pizzeria is not due to open until next week as we're still going strong on the meat feast that we're enjoying at the minute. The best news of all is that the cake supplies remain high!

Shout Outs;

To all at Dalismore, much swimming expected of you all!

From Wills (Woody) : To all the T1 lads and lassies at uni, look forward to seeing you all soon, (apart from the Norway lads who I will sadly not be joining) and a special mention to Glen Crees, good to hear you're following our progress, much appreciated, catch up soon buddy :-)

Keep on the training Emily and have a good ride with mum tommorrow and hi to Alex .
