Wills here,

We had a nice early start from Portland and have stayed close to the wind and leaning at 20 degrees all day heading across the English Channel. Challenging situations can arise at such angles mainly in the heads, but I will leave it at that. Hoping to make the shipping channel before dark tonight.

Lasagne for tea, slight change of plan since the cool box with frozen food hasn't kept all the food frozen as much as we would have liked so the fridge is now on full, and the contents have swapped places. Not to worry though plenty fish in the sea. Also while on the topic of food, Tim made the first loaf today which was demolished in one sitting for lunch with the last of the ham.

Other than food, sleep, logging and a little read (shock horror i know M+D :-)) we have enjoyed the sunshine but not without a cold strong breeze, not that we are complaining.

Quote of the day:
"whether the weather be fine, or whether the weather be not; we'll weather the weather, whatever the weather; whether we like it or not." Anon (1954)

Shout Outs:
