HI everyone its a lot better day today the suns out
and were making good time after our mini pitstop this morning.
We set our waypoint for Madeira and its 1050 miles
dead ahead all our systems running fine assuming you get this latest
instalment.
Now that Angus is actually awake today he has been
busy around the boat and wishes all the family a good holiday in
Scotland.
Food::Good day today starting with a full monty
then for lunch a fresh !! yes fresh chicken baguette and apple strudel
and tonight its Chinese pork stir fry that should keep us all going despite the
acute lack of fresh vegetables we have lots of fruit to stop the onset of
scurvy.
Quote of the day:! re live the experience of sailing by standing under a cold shower, ripping

The fishing rods are coming out in the morning as
we drop off the continental shelf. over 4000m deep.
