Hello All

Good days sailing today with Spinnaker up most of the day . We managed to average 8 knots with a big sea pushing us along . Me and Mike spent 2 hours cleaning out fridge due to Prawn spillage ( lesson leaned ' don't take fresh prawns on boat ') . We are all getting into the routine now and sleeping much better when off watch , except Andy who can't sleep when the spinnaker is up.

We have some minor damage to the spinnaker track . We are managing to keep just ahead of a lovely 135ft sailing Yacht called Gladan which is on its way to Cape Verdes. We managed 366 miles in the past 48 hours, which is the equivalent of Brighton to Fecamp 6 times, so were all happy with progress. Another large fish got away today ( honest ! ) We are traveling too fast to keep them on the hook and cant really stop very easily with Spinnaker up.

Just sitting down to squid and potato curry now and catching sunset

Bye for now

Joe
