Spent a few days in Tyrell Bay which is one of the busier anchorages in Carriacou before heading back to Sandy Island and anchoring overnight at Hillsborough while there were 38 year Independence Celebrations taking place.

Motor sailed up-wind to Petite Martinique today, which is very pretty and have anchored adjacent to the beach. The houses are all different colours and contrast nicely with the greenness of the surrounding countryside. We will definitely be going ashore later on
to have a look around and check the town out especially as the pilot book mentions that alcoholic beverages can be purchased for a snip(Bill)!
