We left Penzance this morning with grey skies following a wonderful breakfast at Simon and Susan's Guest house the Camilla House in Regents Terrace.
Thank you Simon for crewing for Mike back from Canada and congratulations on your first Transatlantic crossing.

Now the sun is shinning, it is warm and we are in t-shirt and shorts.  We are just rounding the Lizard in company with a number of Fasnet race boats.  The wind is light about 7 knots apparent and we are reaching comfortably with the yellow peril sail (the genneker) and main.

Life is good.  Its great for me to be back on board and be out sailing.  Mike is fishing for mackerel, hopefully he will convert this to catching........

We are planning to go to the Helford tonight, originally we were going to Falmouth but apparently its Falmouth week and Falmouth is packed.
