Dear All
Following our adventures south of of St Lucia we
are now back in Rodney Bay to collect our friends Jackie &
Andrew.
We are now back in the Marina so no worries about
slipping anchors in the middle of the night which makes for a relaxing change
and an opportunity to stock up with provisions for our days at sea in the coming
week.
Good winds permitting we shall be going to
Martinique on Tuesday which is a French island and generally not venturing to
far whilst our friends are with us,so the next week will be very
relaxing.
Our plan is to be heading north in a weeks time
visiting the islands between here and Antigua including Dominica,Iles des Saints
and Guadelope arriving in Antigua on the 15th,which coincides with the Antigua
Classic Regatta.This apparently is an event not to be missed !
It was also good to be back in the marina to watch
the cricket final yesterday,what a great competition this has been.There are so
many cricket fans over here so we have managed to stay in touch with most of the
games.
We are mindful of some of the worlds events over
the last 6 weeks but not in to much detail. Andrew who arrives in about 1 hours
time is bringing a Sunday Times which will be the first newspaper in 6 weeks !
so looking to catching up.
As usual hoping all is well with our friends back
home.
