18:18.342N 65:17.918W. Hi from the Peurto Rican island of Culebra where the local population number 1800. There is a lot of history here from the Conquistadors to the controversial use of the island by the U.S. Navy. Their bombing practice stopped in 2003 but as for the cleanup, well that's a long story. We are told there are lots of places we mustn't anchor!!! Anyway the local fish just love the fries the customers of this bar feed them and obviously they grow real big on them too!!
