14:26.207N 060:53.263W After a couple of days in Marin and having done it, we decided to move on and go to a lovely old town called St Annes. This was really like 'Gone with the Wind' territory. Lots of locals wearing long frilly dresses. It really was a step back in time but enjoyable just the same. As we had stock up with French wine, pate, and baguettes we had a meal on our boat for friends. One of the guests was an Aussie who had just finished rowing across the Atlantic. This made us lot feel like real woosies!!! He and lots of stories and kept us mystified all night with his near disasters. Made our crossing look like a weekend sail up the Hamble.
