41:21.700N 009:15.810E We tried once again to get into Bonifacio Marina. It looked a special place with the boats all moored in the the centre of the very old town. Alas we had no luck this time either. They just did not want to know. We then headed south and found a marina on the island of Cavallo which is still in France. Luckily they had space as the winds and seas we getting up. The downside was the price, 250 euros just to tie up against their wall. The showers and toilets were definitely needing some TLC, the shop and restaurant didn't take credit cards so we ran out of cash. A storm came through and it looked as if we might just have to spend another expensive night but we saw a weather window and left for Sardinia, which doesn't seem so expensive anymore. We did however get lovely french bread and lots pastries
