Sunday 26th May. We have been hunkered down here in Levkas for a few days awaiting our new sail. It arrived late Thursday but couldn't be fitted as planned as a weather front came through with winds reaching 50kts in the region. We were glad we were in the right place. It was a tad frustrating though, having to wait till Monday to get the sail fitted. The company charter boats so their busy time is weekends. We did put the time to good use however doing our maintenance regime and boat cleaning plus reorganising of boat spares and equipment again. Most of the rally got underway at the weekend heading north towards Corfu and we will do catch up together with another boat to get back on track in Corfu by Thursday, hopefully.
