Apologies for not immediately posting a blog on arrival, but we are safe and sound, and enjoying a 'still' boat: That said the wind is howling, and the rain is pouring; we have not seen anything like this for a year ...... eeek! The weather is just a constant succession of lows roaming over Bermuda at present, with little respite on the horizon.

St Georges is a very pretty town, and we have been given an executive tour by our shore support team of Liz and Keith who flew in on Tuesday with another essential cargo of food and new wet weather gear for the trip home via the Azores. Our thanks to them and to Chloe who acquired the oiliest for us.

Probably a tourist day tomorrow to see the sights of Hamilton, providing it stops raining; well we are out of the tropics now: One skipper described the weather as 'like the East coast of England on a dreary spring day!'
