It's all go in Madeira

This cruising life is not all lazing about with gin and tonics; it’s tough. Since arriving in Madeira we have walked miles up hill (mountain) and down dale, and that was only a practice run at our end of the island (east). We are building up to Levada walking, as long as the virtigo is in check! Also copious amounts of boat polishing (what else do you expect), and, and …. underwater polishing; got to be fast round here ready for the ARC.

If we survive the Levadas, photos will follow, but for today:
Madeira approach
Lizards ate my lunch
View from the “hill”
Are we nearly there?
More elbow grease
Underwater cleaning appliances
