Title: Dominica in the rain 15:17.21N 61:22.63W

Yes we have braved the northern weather and arrived in Dominica.

The sail up was very rough and "splashy"; clothing drying on arrival to an old fashioned starched finish, like wearing cardboard!

The anchorage in Roseau is very sheltered, so once it stops raining this morning, we will venture ashore to customs and see if the place is as nice as it looks from the boat. The guide book talks about serious walks to the centre of the rain forest of about 8 hours duration, and Christine has seen them ..........

It's down to a drizzle so dinghy pumping-up is now go go go: more later!
