and adverse current of up to 2 kts so we were very glad to get through the
cut clear in and drop anchor. We were in good company as Valsheda docked
an hour ahead of us.
Great reception from Richard, Ali, Kevin & Jean who had been listening out
for us on the VHF and were there on the customs quay to help us get the
tender out of it's sleeping bag and pumped up.
Customs & immigration a breeze compared to anything in the Caribbean!
By the time we had tidied up had and had a shower it was time for supper
aboard Vulcan Spirit where we were brought up to speed on what's what in
St George's harbour.
Then it was off to bed - bliss to know that after 8 nights we didn't have
to get up for a watch every 3 hours.
Photos of the crossing.
