You wouldn't believe how frustrating it is sitting here in Port Elizabeth just 415 miles short of completing our circumnavigation. It has been a windy week in the "Windy City" with a heavy gale from the south-west and a correspondingly massive swell.  We are being patient and things are hopefully looking better this week and we hope we may get the 60 hour window we need to get around Cape Agulhas and the Cape of Good Hope into Cape Town.

At least we weren't at sea for the England v Springbok rugby match over the weekend.  I made sure our large England rugby flag was prominent up the forestay and visible from the very friendly Algoa Bay Yacht Club.

This is not called the Windy City for nothing!
