Just before tea time yesterday the bosun disappeared, we all assumed she had gone for a snooze, but no, she had been baking these little beauties. 

We got up early as usual this morning for the sunrise spinnaker hoist, only to find the wind was blowing, from a good direction and Moose was flying along at 7+ knots. The Spinnaker is therefore still in its bag. However the wind TWS (true wind speed) is decreasing slightly and I feel a discussion coming on. 

Meanwhile Fishy Dicky has been busy, he has landed his first fish in a while, in fact a few of us have landed fish today, seventeen to be precise !! However they were all too small ! 

So the spinnaker discussion was concluded and up it went, so did the speed ! 

Note the sudden increase in SOG (speed over ground) and VMG (velocity made good) !!

Fishing is now a bit tricky because of all sargassum seaweed, virtual islands !!
