Had another very good evening with favorable winds and no squalls. Were slightly disturbing events, Ian was following a star which after a while started to glow and then fell out of the sky, so he is convinced it was a UFO. I also dreamt a Greek fisherman rowed out to us and invited us to pull into his taverna, alas it was just a dream.

Had our most adventurous meal so far last night, fish curry with fresh vegetables followed by water melon. We have now settled into a good pattern with everyone resting well and we are getting used to permanently being leant over at 30 degrees So far, apart from a short tack around the bottom of Barbuda, we have been on starboard tack for over 4 days so will probably need to stow carefully before tacking.

We are now approaching our first major waypoint and will be hoping that today's weather forecast is favorable and allows us to start heading more east.

Burgers for lunch and smoked salmon past for supper!
