The wind has picked up!
At the moment we are sailing in what I call Mummy Bear winds….like the porridge in The Three Bears - not too hot and not too cold.
We motored for most of the morning in light breeze and used the opportunity to charge our batteries and catch up with what’s happening in the world via Starlink.
Around lunchtime the wind filled in and we have been sailing nicely since.
It’s very good news because the forecast is for little wind from tomorrow onwards and sailing now ensures that we will have enough fuel for the final stretch.
