We finished the journey down the canal today after a really pleasant stay in Rendsburg. The town was lovely and it had a walking route marked with a blue line which took in all the sights. The marina restaurant was excellent and we had some lovely meals there.
We are now in a place called Schilksee near Kiel in a huge marina which was built for the 1992 Olympics. There are six other boats with rally flags and I expect the rest will be here soon. The excitement starts on Saturday when the rally office opens and we all leave on Monday.
