We arrived at Haslar Marina in Gosport yesterday. It was a lovely day with bright sunshine all the way. We had to motorsail for the first half but then we changed course and had a really good sail. We were treated to the sight of a big tanker aeroplane and 4 fast jets taking turns to refuel right overhead. We think they must have been practising. This was followed by 21 small aeroplanes flying west, We had our evening meal on the marina’s lightship and this morning have just had a bacon sandwich for breakfast so that we can use their wifi.
