We sailed from Gosport to Lymington today and had a great sail. We sailed all the way from the entrance to Portsmouth harbour right to the entrance to Lymington. The sun came out and we had great views of Osborne House and Cowes. It is really warm here and the weather forecast is good for the next few days so let,s hope it,s the beginning of summer.
Last night we ate in the Loch Fynne restaurant in Portsmouth and had a lovely meal. John had potted shrimps to start with and then we shared a seafood platter with oysters, prawns, mussels, clams, crayfish, langoustine, squid, baby octopus and a crab – heaven!
