This is the blog for Tuesday as we had no internet connection. We left Falmouth quite early and there was no wind to start with but then a gentle breeze got up and we sailed all the rest of the way with the cruising chute up. It was sunny, the scenery was wonderful as we gently sailed along the coast – perfect! Fowey is very picturesque. We called up the water taxi as we were on a mooring and it took us to the town. We wandered around, walked to the castle and had a cream tea. It was a lovely day. Unfortunately the forecast is bad again so will go to Plymouth next as we don’t fancy a mooring in a gale.
