Our final hop to Ocean Quay felt familiar, yet a lifetime since our departure only two months earlier.

We hoisted sail and creamed past the forts towards Southampton Water, reluctantly rolling away the sails in the Itchen River. With one last heart-stopping moment, we squeezed under the Itchen Bridge – there’s plenty of clearance but it never feels that way – finally completing our mission to combine Blues and blue water.
